Mr. David Chinh Truong (full name: Truong Trong Chinh)
Born in 02/19/1971 in Chi Minh, Chi Linh, Hai Duong Province.
In 1986, he studied at the School of Culture and Arts of Quang Ninh Province.
In 1989, he went to Hong Kong as professor of music for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
